How we handle data you send through this website. This is a practical draft for launch; a lawyer can refine it for WAVE AG later.

What we collect

• Contact: Contact form: name, email, project field, message.
• Invest form: name, email, product choice, amount, preferred payment method.
• Technical: standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and time of access (hosting provider).

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, process investment requests, and operate the website. Legal bases under Swiss data protection law typically include contract steps / pre-contract requests and our legitimate interest in running the site. We do not sell your data.

Where it goes

Form messages are delivered by email to Benjamin (via Resend when configured; an interim notification channel may be used during setup). Hosting may use Cloudflare or a similar provider. Processors only receive what is needed to deliver the service.

Retention

We keep enquiry and invest request data as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal bookkeeping duties, then delete or archive it as appropriate.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing, within Swiss law. Use the contact form and state your request.

No public email on the page

To reduce spam and scraping, the raw email address is not shown on the public pages. Use the forms instead.
